We specialise in high-quality garment decoration using DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat printing for uniforms, workwear, and custom apparel.
These Terms and Conditions explain how we operate, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
By placing an order or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Outfit Co provides professional garment decoration services using high-quality DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints applied with commercial heat-press machinery. Our services cover uniforms, workwear, teamwear, and custom apparel across a wide range of fabrics and garment types.
We do not offer DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing. All printing is completed using our DTF process to ensure consistency, durability, and reliable results across different garment styles.

How Orders Can Be Placed
Orders can be placed through our website, via social media messaging, or by contacting us directly.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Outfit Co reserves the right to decline any order at our discretion.Project Approval
All custom orders must be confirmed via full payment.
Production will not begin until payment has been received.Mock-Ups & Artwork Confirmation
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all mock-ups before approving a project.
Mock-ups provided in our look book or via digital preview are a visual guide only. While we aim for accurate representation, variations can occur due to:human application
fabric differences
printing and heat-press variables
the inherent differences between digital displays and physical garments
An exact match to the on-screen depiction cannot be guaranteed.
Changes After Approval
Once a project has been approved and the invoice has been paid:
changes to artwork
changes to placement
changes to print size
or any other design alterations
are not possible.
This ensures consistency, prevents production delays, and protects the integrity of the workflow.

Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is provided via email and will typically include mock-ups or visual references for the proposed work.
Quotes are based on the specifications provided at the time and may change if the project scope changes.Payment Requirements
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 100% payment is required before any work begins.
This ensures materials can be ordered, production can be scheduled, and deadlines can be met.Accepted Payment Methods
Outfit Co accepts:
Direct deposit
Cash
Debit/credit card payments (card payments incur a small processing fee)
Late Payments
Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a 25% late fee per week on the total invoice amount.
This fee reflects delays caused to production schedules, material ordering, and labour allocation. -
Standard Production Time
Our standard turnaround time is 7–20 days from the date of full payment and final artwork approval.
This timeframe covers production only and does not include shipping time.Shipping Timeframes
Outfit Co cannot guarantee shipping speeds.
Delivery times depend entirely on the chosen carrier, their workload, and external factors outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided whenever available.Rush Orders
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
The fee varies depending on the urgency of the request, the size of the order, and our current production schedule. -
Supplying Artwork
Clients are responsible for providing artwork in the required file format.
High-resolution, print-ready files ensure the best results. If artwork is supplied in a low-quality or incompatible format, additional design work may be required.Design Services
Outfit Co offers design services when needed.
Design work is billed at:$100 for the first hour, and
$50 for each additional hour thereafter
Quotes for design time can be provided upon request.
Digital Proofs
Before production begins, we will supply a digital proof (mock-up) for your approval.
It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all details, including:Placement
Print size
Colours
Any specific requests or variations
Production will only commence once written approval has been received.

Shipping Process
Completed orders will be shipped to the address provided by the client.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the initial invoice unless otherwise stated.Carrier Delays
Outfit Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, logistical issues, or any other circumstances outside our control.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available for Bunbury-based clients.
After-hours or urgent deliveries may incur an additional fee depending on time, distance, and availability.Risk & Insurance
If an order is posted, risk transfers to the carrier/client at the moment the parcel is handed over to the shipping provider.
Outfit Co covers your project only up to the point of handover.Optional shipping insurance is available at the client’s request and cost.
Insurance arrangements must be confirmed at the time of ordering or invoicing. -
Custom Work Policy
Because all Outfit Co products are custom-made to order, all sales are final.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with colours/placement after approval.Defective Merchandise
Returns or refunds are only considered in cases where:
the merchandise is defective, or
an error has occurred on our part
In these cases, Outfit Co will review the issue and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a reprint or store credit.
Claim Timeframe
Any claims for defects or errors must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order.
Claims made outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.Evidence Required
To assess a claim, clients must provide:
clear, well-lit photos showing the defect or issue
a description of the problem
information on washing and garment care (if relevant)
This allows us to compare the item against our control test print and assess the situation quickly.

Limit of Liability
Outfit Co’s total liability for any claim related to the services we provide shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific service or order in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of, or in connection with, our services. This includes—without limitation—loss of profits, business interruption, or anticipated savings.
Client Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information & Artwork
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all information and artwork supplied to Outfit Co. This includes (but is not limited to):
artwork files
design details
colours
garment sizes
spellings
placement instructions
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional production costs or delays, which remain the responsibility of the client.
Proof Approval
It is the client’s responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all proofs, mock-ups, and supporting documents prior to production.
Written approval confirms that all details have been reviewed and are correct.Once approved, Outfit Co is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof or mock-ups.
Costs Resulting From Client Error
If incorrect or incomplete information or artwork is supplied, the client is responsible for any additional costs incurred, including reprints, labour, materials, and scheduling delays.
Disclaimer
Errors in Approved Artwork
Outfit Co is not liable for any errors or issues that appear in the final product if those errors were present in the artwork, proof, or mock-up approved by the client.
Situations Beyond Our Control
Outfit Co is not responsible for delays or inability to perform our obligations due to factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
supplier delays
fabric or stock shortages
shipping carrier delays
force majeure
natural disasters
government restrictions
war or national emergencies
Client Backups & Insurance
Clients are advised to keep backups of all materials provided to Outfit Co.
Where garment decoration is part of a larger event, marketing campaign, or time-sensitive rollout, clients should ensure adequate insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen delays or external issues.Indemnity
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, clients agree to indemnify and hold Outfit Co harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses incurred by any third party as a result of the client’s breach of these responsibilities.

Client-Supplied Artwork & Rights
The client warrants that they own, or have full legal permission to use, any artwork, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property supplied to Outfit Co for garment decoration.
By providing artwork to Outfit Co, the client confirms that its use does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Any legal claims resulting from the misuse of copyrighted or trademarked material are the responsibility of the client.Outfit Co Promotional Use
Outfit Co retains the right to photograph and share finished products for marketing and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and digital portfolios.
If a client prefers that their garments not be photographed or shared publicly, they must notify us in writing prior to production.

Outfit Co reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
Clients are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are aware of the most current version. -
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
By engaging Outfit Co’s services, the client agrees that any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, the services provided, or any transaction with Outfit Co shall be resolved exclusively under Western Australian law.Any legal proceedings must be brought before the courts and tribunals located in Western Australia, and the client submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
Clients agree that they will not pursue legal action in any other jurisdiction.

1. General
By approving a quote or receiving products from Outfit Co, you acknowledge and agree to the following Print Quality, Colour, and Care Terms & Conditions.
2. Print Testing & Quality Assurance
2.1. Outfit Co performs a control test print for each unique artwork included in an order.
2.2. This test is conducted on a standard garment and is used to assess durability, adhesion, colour, and wash performance.
2.3. The test print serves as a benchmark for comparison if a customer raises a quality concern.3. Garments Provided by Customers
3.1. When customers supply their own garments, Outfit Co is not responsible for inconsistencies, print behaviour, or unexpected material reactions.
3.2. Certain fabrics, coatings, blends, and dyes may react unpredictably to DTF decoration.4. Colour Variation
4.1. Colours shown on screens (RGB) may differ from printed colours (CMYK/DTF).
4.2. Whites and bright tones may vary slightly between print runs or between garments due to normal manufacturing and heat-pressing variables.
4.3. Outfit Co does not guarantee perfect colour matching unless a pre-print physical proof has been approved.
4.4. Pre-print proofs are available upon request for an additional cost.5. Care Requirements
5.1. To maintain print quality, customers must follow the supplied care instructions.
5.2. Damage caused by:tumble drying
high-heat washing
bleach or harsh detergents
ironing over prints
fabric softeners
is not considered a print fault.
6. Limitations & Liabilities
6.1. Minor variations in colour, tone, or print density are considered normal within the apparel decoration industry and are not grounds for refund or reprint.
6.2. Outfit Co is not responsible for garment shrinkage, dye migration, or fabric defects originating from third-party suppliers.
6.3. Claims regarding print quality must be made within 30 days of receiving the garments.
6.4. Outfit Co reserves the right to inspect the garment and compare it against the control test print.7. Reprints & Remedies
7.1. If a verified print defect is identified, Outfit Co will, at its discretion:
reprint the affected garment(s), or
provide store credit
7.2. Refunds are not provided for garments supplied by the customer.
8. Acceptance
Approval of any Outfit Co quote, invoice, or order indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
